New Loaf

…back in the kitchen and making more of The Easiest Bread Ever. This time I used half rye flour and half stone ground wholemeal. I added Red Onion Marmalade to a big loaf and a small loaf, the other small loafs got olives and pesto and anchovies.  The big one fell apart because I got carried away with the onion, so it was too wet, and would not come out the tin.

The pesto and olives tasted the best as toast, with melting salty butter. Mmmmmm.
