Trencherman’s Launch

Just back from shooting the The Trencherman’s Guide lunch for the launch of the guide. Very pleased to have one of my shots on the cover this year. Was also very happy about the grub – Josh Eggleton’s (from the The Pony & Trap) Chocolate, Beetroot and Orange Fondant was amazing.
Hadleigh Barrett from Combe House Devon put together a delicious Mackerel starter. He kindly plated up on my wooden trencher (origin of the word trencherman).
