I spent an enjoyable afternoon in Padstow with Rick and his chef son Jack who cooked up this Christmas dish.
Fifteen Cornwall Food Shoot

Just spent two days shooting Andy’s cooking – really beautiful food, colourful and fresh. Don’t normally tuck in on a food shoot, but could not resist the melon and italian ham!
We were working on producing images of scrummy food that reflects the Winter season’s fare.
St Moritz Food Shoot

Busy shooting the seasonal menu at Cornwall’s St Moritz Hotel on the rugged North Coast.
I’ve had a few shoots with St Mortiz now, both food and interiors and as always its a pleasure to spend a day with them.
Polo at Watergate Bay
