BBC Radio Times this week has a Rick Stein article featuring a colourful fish dish I shot for them recently – lovely!
I spent an enjoyable afternoon in Padstow with Rick and his chef son Jack who cooked up this Christmas dish.

Just spent two days shooting Andy’s cooking – really beautiful food, colourful and fresh. Don’t normally tuck in on a food shoot, but could not resist the melon and italian ham!
We were working on producing images of scrummy food that reflects the Winter season’s fare.

Watergate Bay hotel asked me to photograph the Polo on the Beach event again this year.
Covering the Media Call and the following event, Watergate Bay were very pleased with the images that captured the spirit of the event – look out for the shots on the publicity for 2011 (…and if you have not been to this event before – get yourself down to Watergate Bay – it is brilliant!)

David has been shooting Nathans food for over five years. This shoto was to promote the eveing master classes run in conjunction with Sharps Brewery.
